Nicole Vandiver Bryan is owner of Vandiver & Bryan, of Davidson, North Carolina, and of counsel to Mason Law, PC, both law firms devoted exclusively to legal issues involving the elderly and the disabled. Nicole is one of just four North Carolina attorneys invited to join the Special Needs Alliance, a national organization comprised of attorneys dedicated to the practice of disability and public benefits law. She is a past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, served on the board of the North Carolina Legal Education Assistance Foundation (LEAF), a co-organizer of the North Mecklenburg Senior Center, and a partner in the Cultural Arts Reaching Seniors Program. Nicole is a frequent speaker on elder and disabilities law issues, both to lawyers’ groups and the public.
Nicole has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2008, a NC Super Lawyer (as published in Charlotte magazine) multiple years, and a Five Star Wealth Manager for Estate Planning, also as published in Charlotte Magazine, multiple years.
Nicole especially focuses her practice on advanced asset protection techniques, trust law issues, and special needs trusts. With 20 years of legal experience, Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law (where she was Editor-in-chief of the Campbell Law Observer). Nicole is currently working on a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies through Dallas Theological Seminary.
A native of the Lake Norman area of North Carolina, Nicole and her husband, Callan, and three children are very active in the community and church.
